The indicator that best reflects my understanding of Legal Frameworks and Policies is "recognizing that the professional practice of a teacher is bound by standards of conduct expected of a caring, knowledgeable and reasonable adult entrusted with the custody, care or education of students." The document below depicts the unraveling of a case study for my Law and Ethics class where we had to understand as a group the School Act and Charter of Rights and Freedoms in relation to teaching.
